Energy Saving Programme
with Alliance Bank
The ESG 4 SME Energy Saving Programme is an innovative new joint initiative between Alliance Bank and Sedania Innovator Berhad.

The programme enables SME companies to reduce their monthly operating cost and enjoy new, energy-efficient electrical equipment for their office, shop or factory - all without having to pay anything or taking a loan.
This leads to a lower energy consumption of up to 40%. All the costs incl. equipment and installation will be borne by Sedania. No cost and no loan to the client!

Even the maintenance cost and warranty obligations for 5 years will be covered by us! In addition, we provide an energy monitoring which enables you to monitor your daily and monthly consumption, and other ESG parameters.

The objective was to find a way to upgrade SMEs to become high energy efficient without SMEs having to pay anything or to take up a loan.

Who is eligible?

Any company incorporated in Malaysia with least 3 years of operations and over RM500,000 in annual sales.

Your office/premise/building can be owned or rented

Must have electricity bills over RM10,000 average per month

Must operate over 10,000 hours per year (e.g. 9 hours per day, 5 days per week)

Must have or open a business bank account with Alliance Bank

How It Works
Step 1: You register your interest here. We will revert to you within 48 hours with regards to your program eligibility.

Step 2: Our Energy Managers will do a quick walk-through at your business premise(s) to confirm the potential energy savings.
Step 3: You sign the Programme’s Energy Saving Agreement.
Step 4: We record your daily energy consumption for 2 weeks (this becomes your BEFORE or Baseline consumption).
Step 5: We install and/or upgrade your new energy efficiency equipment (e.g. air-conditioning, lights, smart controllers, etc)
Step 6: After 2 weeks, we will compare your new energy consumption to your Baseline consumption and calculate the difference (your savings). You pay 90% of the achieved savings to us and you keep 10% of the savings.
